Fees & Getting Started
A focused, structured therapy intensive
I currently offer 3-hour therapy intensives designed to provide depth, clarity, and a clear path forward around a specific eating- or emotion-related pattern.
This format allows us to work intentionally without rushing, while keeping the experience contained and manageable.
Therapy Intensive Fee
$600
3-hour therapy intensive
This is the starting point for all intensives.
Some clients choose to add an additional 3-hour session, depending on their goals and needs. We would discuss this together during the consultation — there is no expectation to decide in advance.
What’s included
The fee for a 3-hour intensive includes:
Preparation and planning prior to the session
One 3-hour therapy intensive with built-in breaks
Individualized, skills-based therapeutic work
A comprehensive written plan outlining insights, tools, and recommended next steps
The written plan is designed to support integration and help you feel
oriented after the intensive, whether you continue in therapy or not.
Payment & insurance
Therapy intensives are private pay and are not billed directly to insurance.
If applicable, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, and I recommend checking with your insurer directly.
If you choose to continue with ongoing therapy sessions after an intensive, those sessions may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on your plan and my current paneling status. We can discuss this during the consultation if it’s relevant to you.
Payment, scheduling, and cancellation policies are reviewed before confirming an intensive.
Consultation
The first step is a brief consultation.
During this call, we’ll:
Talk about what you’re dealing with
Clarify what you’re hoping to work on
Decide whether a 3-hour intensive feels like a good fit right now
There is no pressure to move forward. The goal is simply to determine fit and next steps.
A note about fit
Therapy intensives work best when there is a clear area you want to focus on and enough space in your life to engage with the work thoughtfully. If a different level of support would be more appropriate, I’m happy to discuss alternatives or referrals when possible.
